Order of Canada

Am I the only one thinking that with the appointment of Morgentaler and the subsequent voluntary renunciation of Priest Lucien Larre's Order of Canada - when following Larre's appointment he was convicted of assault and administering a noxious substance, both against youth - that this Morgentaler appointment is basically a two-for-one?
