Any stored item which can be played or viewed in the first place can, in principle, be copied: trying to outfox the collective ingenuity of the internet has not worked even once, and is never likely to.I agree with that statement. What I don't quite get is what comes next. If that quoted statement is true I don't see the point of not reconceptualizing what laws are appropriate with respect to material which is currently covered by copyright.
