Crazy Eyes Judge

Today a new judge arrived in town - one with a crazy eye. Yes that's probably an unfortunate condition to have. However, its not without some side benefits. For example - is he watching you or reading what's in front of him? One eye directs you one way and the other another way. It's kind of like another arrow in the quiver of the judge's power to demand respect and control the courtroom.
